Katie Michels became a Legal Assistant at The Michigan Law Firm, PC after starting as a Legal Receptionist. As a former Intern for the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office and AmeriCorps member, Katie has spent the majority of her career in service of those in need of help. Therefore, interacting with victims of personal injury accidents and comforting them during one of the most emotionally and financially taxing crises in their lives, comes naturally to Katie. To maximize her ability to seek justice, Katie aims to become an attorney and is a current law student. Though she is very busy pursuing a legal education and a legal career, Katie always has time for her cat, Sanibel.
