As a personal injury attorney at The Michigan Law Firm, PC, Maya Cain regularly handles cases involving Michigan auto accidents, focusing her law practice on first-party and third-party auto accident litigation.  Ms. Cain also spends time prosecuting claims on behalf of medical providers to recover unpaid No-Fault medical benefits.  Though she is experienced in litigating personal injury lawsuits and worker’s compensation claims, Ms. Cain has a wealth of legal knowledge in many areas of law.  Ms. Cain cultivated her passion for helping underprivileged people understand and fight for the rights they deserve, when she worked at the William Booth Legal Aid Center and Washtenaw County Office of the Public Defender as a student attorney.  Ms. Cain has also conducted research into Michigan’s quickly evolving medical and recreational marihuana laws and has even given talks to other lawyers on the subject.
